    The company is a large organization with multiple business lines serving a number of markets. So if you are bored with one area one could conceivably switch over to another business line.


    The businesses work in a silo so the organization has not fully utilized its synergies. This also limits innovation due to lack of idea exchange. Salaries are in the low-end for a large corporation.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you move people from one business to another to take advantage of new ideas and synergies.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Evonik Corporation (Atlanta, GA) in March 2015.


    I was contacted by a staffing agency and then sent to interview with Evonik. I was interviewed by 2 managers. They detailed the job requirements and we discussed how my qualifications would fit within their perimeters. Also discussed was the office environment.
