#FutureForce Internships, Co-ops, and Traineeships

Our internships are paid positions that offer you the chance to grow and receive meaningful work experience. We offer internship opportunities to undergraduate- and graduate-level students. They typically run for 12 weeks during the summer in our HQ offices and 4-6 months throughout the year in our EMEA/Europe locations. As an intern, you'll work in a professional, collaborative environment under the supervision of a manager and the direction of a mentor and take on exciting, challenging, high-visibility projects. Meanwhile, the University Programs team will provide you with career guidance and coaching opportunities.

We also have some select co-op opportunities, which are often longer-term assignments through which you can receive academic credit, (depending on your university requirements) and some opportunities to work on your masters thesis.

Our traineeships will help you make your first step in the business world. You will be trained up and work alongside seasoned professionals to help get most out of your experience. Traineeships usually run 3-6 months with an eye on your personal development in the business. Around 80% of our trainees got converted last year into a full time permanent position.

The #FutureForce program for new college grads gives you the chance to launch your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.     - Talent Vacuum - after an acquisition, people tend to leave - Salesforce and ET Cultures both great, but very different

    Advice to Management

    Salesforce needs to get out of the way and support the marketing cloud. There's a ton of value in what ExactTarget had/has outside of how it can increase SFDC user counts.

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ExactTarget Marketing Cloud.

    Interview

    Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and was complimentary of my experience and asked if I had time to talk. 30 min call, bulk of walking through my experience. Brief overview of position. Recruiter said he send Job description and I would follow-up if interested. Scheduled time to talk the next day and was able to have more typical recruiter type interview. Was very keen on selling Exacttarget as a great employer and all the perks. Was told next step was phone interview with hiring manager the following week or as soon as could be scheduled. Never heard back, even after follow-up. Connection of mine was also contacted by different recruiter and scheduled time to talk; recruiter never called and she didn't hear back after that. Positive experience until communication ended. They must goals centered around connections made and applicants received.
