I worked at Exel full-time (more than an year)

Exel provides excellent opportunities for growth for lower level management and college grads. Excellent training and development team and programs. As a division on DP DHL, there are limitless opportunities for growth if you are willing to relocate and have drive.

You must be willing to relocate (often) to really excel in organization. Very few programs and little support for hourly employee development and progression within most business units. Hourly and line management salaries are at market and not very competitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more programs to support growth for hourly associates. Examine ways to reduce load of line management and show appreciation for the heavy work load they have.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Exel in October 2014.

    Interview Details

Exel came to my school and was recruiting for this position. I applied with them and they were very relaxed and easy to approach. After speaking for a while they asked me for my resume. After looking it over they asked me to interview with them. The interview went well and was relaxed just like a regular interview. I am still in the process now and waiting for a call.
