    Approves of CEO

I worked at Exigen Capital full-time (More than 8 years)

The most visionary, dynamic, entrepreneurial, start up/large cap and loyal management. I was given an opportunity 9 years ago to work for Exigen and have had the opportunity to learn about transformation, innovation, value of disruption and about fundamentals of various industries. A management team that rewards hard work, commitment and results. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Management in the future.

Some mid-level managers abused the loyalty of senior management and blamed senior management for their own inadequacy and lack of performance.

    Advice to Management

Markets will eventually catch up to your vision and innovation.

    Average Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Exigen Capital (San Francisco, CA) in January 2010.

Asked about willingness to travel and if able to do so for a long period of time. Do I have a Passport. Overall, not much about the responsibilities of the job itself.

    Interview Questions

    Good, no need to negotiate.
