Experian QAS Overview

As an organization, we place great importance on our people and the essential role they play in our success. We are a team of committed professionals who enjoy working and socializing together in a fast-moving but fun environment.

At Experian QAS we firmly believe in the importance of socializing outside the office.  Some of the social activities include:

-          Month End Celebrations - On the last day of every month, all QAS employees gather to celebrate the victories of the previous month.

-          Holiday Party - Every December Experian QAS holds a black-tie gala in Boston which includes dinner, dancing and entertainment. At previous holiday parties, we've gambled for prizes at a Las Vegas-themed event, seen Cirque de Soleil entertainers jump over our Chief Operating Officer, enjoyed the entertainment of Cher and Elvis impersonators!

-          Company Day - Employees participate in a business meeting to recap the successes of the previous year and look forward to the goals for the year ahead. After the meeting, we have a team building activity followed by a party. Past Company Day activities include F1 racing, bowling, a scavenger hunt around Boston and an interactive comedy show.

We have a common framework guiding our investment in people, which binds us together as an organization and enables us to have a common understanding of how we value our people.

Experian QAS works with the non-profit organization Boston Cares to coordinate volunteer projects for our staff to give back to the community. Our employees also choose a charity each quarter and hold raffles to raise money for causes that are meaningful to us.
