    I worked at Expro full-time

    Pros

    Laid back, good benefits package, keep you busy and engaged. The atmosphere is more of a mom and pop than a multinational conglomerate and that can be a good and a bad thing.

    Cons

    Pay is below industry standards. Needs to be more focus on developing existing staff. The old guard can be a bit set in ther ways and not open to new ideas and change.
