    I worked at Extreme Reach full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Transparent, innovative, & fair. executive management doesn't tolerate BS, nastiness, cattiness, or kissing up. Hard work and dedication were recognized and rewarded with bonuses and options. Poor Performers who did not meet results or department goals were not held onto for excessive periods of time. Employees are promoted from within frequently, and with so much growth year over year, employees moved up within departments quickly. Fun environment, smart people to work with and for. Lots of employee events and free food/lunch and snacks.

    Cons

    Work life balance can get unbalanced at times. There was never executive pressure to work and respond to emails at all hours of the day, but it was certainly recognized and rewarded if you did.
