We take great pride in our commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect. It's a commitment that starts at the top. The result? A genuinely collaborative workplace—one with extraordinary opportunities for you to bring your energy, your passion and your unique perspectives to the table.

It's why Chrysler is committed to fostering an environment where you can leverage your strengths, experiences and perspectives. People power innovation. At Chrysler, we believe it is our diversity of talents and perspectives that allow us to take visionary approaches, strategically apply new technologies and forge ahead in our industry in innovation and performance.

Our Commitment

"As CEO of Chrysler Group LLC, I have taken on the role of executive sponsor of the Global Diversity Council to underline the importance of diversity in our company. I personally feel privileged to have the opportunity to lead this company…and to work with all of you to build this company and our great brands into all we know they can and should be. That effort starts with leadership.

Our Diversity Strategy and initiatives are governed by the Global Diversity Council, composed of the senior leadership of the company. The Global Diversity Council provides leadership on actions and initiatives contributing to our inclusive workplace culture and multicultural marketplace.

Great leaders are those who have the courage to challenge the obvious, to travel uncharted paths, to break away from convention and the old way of doing things, to be unpredictable to the competition and to go beyond the tried and tested—men and women who understand the concepts of service, of community and respect for others. That's the kind of behavior we all must expect of each other and of ourselves. It leads to an engaged culture.

Culture is the fabric that holds organizations together. It is not just an ingredient for success; it is the essence of success itself. What will make all of this possible is the culture we are going to build with great teams based on mutual respect and openness.

Chrysler Group LLC and its people have a future with promise. We will reach the full measure of that promise only as one, united diverse team."

Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO, Chrysler Group LLC

Sustainability Overview

At Chrysler Group, our primary business objective is to create an exciting lineup of vehicles that consumers want to buy. In tandem with this objective comes a strong commitment to minimize the impact our products and processes have on the global environment, and to positively affect the people and communities where we do business.

The path of sustainability is a core part of an ongoing cultural transformation at Chrysler Group that seeks to meet the business demands of today without compromising the capacity of future generations to meet their needs. The values of sustainability guide our decisions and actions as we strive to build a more secure future for our employees, customers, suppliers, dealers and society as a whole.

Chrysler Group’s alliance with Fiat S.p.A., a recognized global leader in sustainability, has allowed us to significantly expand our sustainable mobility efforts. By leveraging the strengths of the two companies, the partnership is pursuing an enhanced long-term product strategy resulting in greater fuel efficiency and reduced emissions, while achieving the economies of scale necessary for long-term viability.

The Company’s transformation is being led by men and women who embrace new perspectives and are not afraid of change. We are developing fully engaged employees by cultivating diversity, inclusion and a spirit of volunteerism among our workforce.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Estacada, OR) in April 2015.

Phone interview was friendly and very knowledgeable about the position I was interviewing for. Lasted approximately 1 hr.. Phone interview was with Maintenance Managers of the two different manufacturing plants at the job location I applied for. Maintenance Managers can across as knowing quite a bit about the equipment and jobs they supervised and not just being people managers.
