What makes the culture at Chrysler so distinctive? All the things that empower you to bring your best:
It's a dynamic, challenging climate we work in. To stay ahead in the automotive industry, you need to embrace change, cherish competition and think bigger. BOLDER. And that’s what we expect from every member of the Chrysler team, in every role. It takes a nimble company to compete in the global marketplace and, today, our products are sold in more than 120 countries around the world. You’ll find Chrysler a fast-paced work environment—one that will keep you challenged and growing from day one.
You’ll work with people who exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit, act with integrity and are accountable for delivering what they promise. We’ll make sure you have the chance to prove yourself right from the start, and ongoing opportunities to make an impact. Chrysler is a meritocracy. How far and how fast you grow in your career is yours to own. You’ll get the freedom to think for yourself, the encouragement to share your ideas and the rewards to make it worth your while.
At Chrysler, we don’t look at the product we produce as simply a car or a truck or a minivan. These are truly labors of love. To us, every design, every piece of engineering, every new technology that makes up our offering represent opportunities to innovate…explore…invent. You can apply yourself in ways you never imagined at Chrysler. The energy is dynamic.
We may be independent thinkers, but we’re a team at Chrysler, committed to treating everyone with dignity and fairness. We’ll expect you to bring—and voice—your point of view. You’ll work with people from different countries, different backgrounds and different disciplines who offer totally different perspectives. And we know that embracing our differences makes us stronger, more innovative and more in tune with the needs of our global client base.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we invest in our communities…help build a safe, sustainable environment for future generations…and encourage and promote the workforce of the future through education programs. We’re also committed to our team members. We respect each other’s roles and support each other’s growth.

"As CEO of Chrysler Group LLC, I have taken on the role of executive sponsor of the Global Diversity Council to underline the importance of diversity in our company. I personally feel privileged to have the opportunity to lead this company…and to work with all of you to build this company and our great brands into all we know they can and should be. That effort starts with leadership.
Our Diversity Strategy and initiatives are governed by the Global Diversity Council, composed of the senior leadership of the company. The Global Diversity Council provides leadership on actions and initiatives contributing to our inclusive workplace culture and multicultural marketplace.
Great leaders are those who have the courage to challenge the obvious, to travel uncharted paths, to break away from convention and the old way of doing things, to be unpredictable to the competition and to go beyond the tried and tested—men and women who understand the concepts of service, of community and respect for others. That's the kind of behavior we all must expect of each other and of ourselves. It leads to an engaged culture.
Culture is the fabric that holds organizations together. It is not just an ingredient for success; it is the essence of success itself. What will make all of this possible is the culture we are going to build with great teams based on mutual respect and openness.
Chrysler Group LLC and its people have a future with promise. We will reach the full measure of that promise only as one, united diverse team."
Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO, Chrysler Group LLC

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.Interview Details
I made contact with a recruiter, encouraged to apply for certain District Manager jobs. I have had the process move forward twice, the first time I had a brief phone conversation, and then being flown to Denver for a face to face interview. Two days later, I received an email saying they gave the position to someone else. The second time was only different in that it was done by Skype, for a different location. Though I have not been offered a job yet, it is still a very pleasant experience. No OfferPositive ExperienceAverage Interview
