I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Estacada, OR) in April 2015.
Phone interview was friendly and very knowledgeable about the position I was interviewing for. Lasted approximately 1 hr.. Phone interview was with Maintenance Managers of the two different manufacturing plants at the job location I applied for. Maintenance Managers can across as knowing quite a bit about the equipment and jobs they supervised and not just being people managers.
