Research is the driving force behind our property loss-prevention engineering and understanding of the hazards our clients face. FM Global has been the leader in property loss-prevention research for more than 175 years, and our research department is responsible for some of the most important breakthroughs in fire protection and loss-prevention engineering.
As part of our research department, you’ll work alongside other researchers and independently to understand emerging property loss-prevention hazards, quantify real-world scenarios, and develop new ways to protect against today’s property-loss threats. You’ll also work on implementation, evaluation, and development of techniques—including computer models and experiments—and present your findings to make strategic and beneficial advancements in risk mitigation.

Got the interview from on campus recruiting, after the first interview they contacted me for a phone interview but declined because I had a really good offer from a oil company. I thought the interview was a great person and liked the work he did, I remember asking him "what don't you like about FM Global ?" to which he replied he does not like the pay and wishes the company would pay more.Interview Questions
