    Pros

Were making great improvements on the manufacturing floor, HR, Recruiting talent and in overall employee interaction and feedback. Thier products are second to none and engineering/design top notch. Great benefits and busy work environment.

    Cons

Still need to improve supervisory team/attitudes a bit on the manufacturing floor. Too many egos and chains of command. Need to get the groups more working together and happy out of their own boxes.

    Advice to Management

See above I guess. Keep up the improvements. Diversify the sales team a bit at times rigid in requirements.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at FORMS + SURFACES in November 2014.

    Interview

Was recruited from LinkedIN by their Recruiting Manager. He found me and reached out to me and got me excited about the opportunity. Seemed like a great company and I was eager to move the process even though not actively looking. Recruiter was knowledgable and I seemed to be a good fit for their needs.

    Interview Questions

    • HR interview was more general in nature and touched upon many areas. Asked many questions regarding past history and A&D relationships. Also talked quite a bit about the company and role and what was offered etc.
Manager interview was quite different. Seemed to have an agenda and did not ask many detailed questions only cared about my contacts and business I could bring to the table. Did not seem as interested in me. Dod not have a great feeling after this call and was not surprised when I was told I was out. I appreciated the feedback however but it seems like a tough place to break into.
