I have been working at FSV Payment Systems

    Pros

    Great pay, decent fringe benefits.

    Cons

Tough political system. Tough cold calling.

    Advice to Management

Move to a telecommute model to curb negative political system. It's bad for business when you're in a cut throat environment.

    Application

I applied in-person – interviewed at FSV Payment Systems (Jacksonville, FL).

    Interview

I was lucky to be interviewed one on one by a manager before the Company start to operate in 2006, it was a very lay back process.

    Interview Questions

    • To remember a difficult situation and how I resolved. My type of job was always with difficulties so it was hard to select one that can really show my ability to resolve and go the extra mile that sometimes we need to go for a client or customer.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Simple, I was told that as a new Company thet were not able to pay me what the other company was paying me 16.50 per hour. But since this was a good and new Company I will achieve the same pay as the time pass.
