- Fairly laid back environment
- Management is out of touch with the industry & clients they are looking to service. Lacking in vision, and hiring the same.
- fellow reps are non-experienced (lost) & low paid (no incentive to grow)
-business is fashioned after telemarketing/cold-call model: i.e., leads are not qualified prior to contact. This results in angry response from candidate/client pools, and a less than sterling reputation in the recruitment industry.
Advice to Management
If Fabergent leaders desire a successful and respected recruitment house, reputation is everything. This means approaching their business with the same level of diligence, commitment and professional ethics as those they hope to attract/represent.
Note I have given a ranking of 'disapprove' for the CEO. Not for any personal traits- but rather for being directly accountable for the performance of her company. As the company is small (30+ employees) & she is both Pres. & CEO, she has the ability to directly impact Fabergent on a day to day basis.
