Tuition reimbursement, bonuses, layed back atmosphere on corporate side, steady job with good pay. Easy job on manufacturing side if you know what you are doing. Good work life balance.
No empowerment from the leadership, lack of employee development plans, lack of mentor-ship from the management, old equipment, slow to update upgrade equipment and improve processes. Lots of paperwork in manufacturing. Do what you can with what you have attitude.
Advice to Management
Trust you employees with tasks, delegate instead of telling them what to do. Focus on process improvement and fixing the machines instead of coming up with another form to fill out.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks – interviewed at Fabri-Kal.
The job originally was listed by a recruiter, then by Fabri-Kal directly. I was told several times the hiring manager would be calling me to discuss the role, yet that never happened. At this point I've seen more than enough to determine that I am not interested in joining this seemingly dysfunctional organization. To be fair this may also be a recruiter issue but either way I was less than impressed.
