Former Employee - Intern in New York, NY

I worked at Factory PR as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Interned 3 days a week- they treat interns better than other places, however some rudeness was involved. Pros- only having to work 3 days a week, good experience, many other summer interns

    Cons

Not paid, most likely not going to get hired after interning, no compensation for commuting

This was my first interview for an internship so I was pretty nervous. Surprisingly the interview went pretty smoothly. I was asked many basic interview questions such as what are your strengths? what are you weaknesses? why do you want to work here? The person who interviewed me was very nice.
