I have been working at Fairfield University (More than 3 years)

Such a great family at Fairfield University. I started my career at the university and really grew a lot over my time there. I would recommend working here to anyone

I really saw few negatives. The pay is obviously lower than the private sector but theres so many built in holidays and half day fridays are amazing

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work but also try to think of ways to keep your top talent

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fairfield University in December 2014.

The process was much quicker than other institutions/organizations. Dealt directly with the department seeking to fill the position. It was refreshing to have an application for employment move along at a respective pace.
