    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Fast Trak Management in October 2014.

    Interview Details

    Two part interview. First Part took less than 20 minutes- The CEO was mostly texting and only started paying attention after I told him I quantified with my sales experience with numbers.

     Second part of the interview was extremely sketchy, they quickly broke down the numbers of how you can make 900 per week to gaining a management position making 312K a year. Only 1 in 10 will get to a management option which they claim its on lack of vision, for a company that's only been around for 1 year. It was extremely difficult to find anything to confirm what they were saying about themselves, and its very odd, for a company that makes it success via recruitment of sales staff. What's more concerning is that their are similar modeled companies, that are considered major scams.

    The other thing that got me, is that they didn't care about my references, and wanted me to leave my current position without notice. The hiring process was way too fast.

    During my interview, I discovered that you are expected to work 6 days a week from 11:30-8. If you want an extra day you have to arrange it with management weeks ahead of time.
    You are encourage to take ACA health benefits rather than pick up their insurance.
    There is no diversity training here. During the interview with the senior manager, he referred to himself as retarded several times.
    The team leader I spoke to referred to another employee, when I asked about safety, as "the China girl".
