I have been working at FatWire

    Pros

Flexible with hours/location. Smart, dedicated people.

    Cons

Small company needs to keep a tight lid on things like benefits and staffing. Some parts of the product are long in the tooth and need to be refactored -- but the long list of new features always seems to steal the show.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need bigger engineering staff to improve the product. Well managed otherwise.
