    I worked at Faurecia Interior Systems full-time (more than a year)


    Decent benefits. Vacation time is given. Overtime can almost always be found because you can go to other areas that need help. Paid holidays. Sundays are double time. Easy work. Supervisor usually make sure you are fully trained and knowledgeable.


    The position deserves better pay. Some rules are senseless because they do not affect safety or quality of work. Management does not listen to suggestions that could really benefit the company and the workers.

    Listen to suggestions of the assemblers.

    Interview Details

    I interviewed with the Regional IT Manager and HR. It was a comfortable setting in the office which the interview consisted of questions about my resume and some casual conversation to check my personality.

    There weren't any negotiations. They presented an offer of hourly pay that was well over my current pay at the time, and it was a great opportunity in my field so I accepted.
