    Pros

FedEx has a portable pension and a traditional pension. The portable is there if you were there early enough before changes were made. This is separate from the 401k which the company also has.

    Cons

    Getting away from people first...

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at FedEx (Memphis, TN).

    Interview

Very slow. A phone interview first. then a panel with other senior employees and two managers. It has been over ten years. It was a couple of weeks between the interview and the offer.
