    Pros

It's great to show up to work and simply work until the job is done. Small but hard working team. Not having to deal with customer service. Paid work out!

    Cons

Definitely hard work. Must be aware of surroundings and body movement to help prevent injuries. Pay could be a little better so the labor involved.

    Advice to Management

Better pay would result in happier employees.
