I had a good experience at FedEx but was disappointed with the dishonesty in management.

Pros: i had freedom. Not in a sense that i can do whatever i wanted, but the fact that i was told what needed to be done and my supervisor did not hound me throughout the day. i felt trusted and reliable, instead of feeling incompetent. Full Review

If they are interested they will ask about your experience and how you manage to solve a work problem if not they will skim over your resume and ask very basic questions already noted on your resume. Answer Question
