    Pros

    Open-door policy with Executive Team/Ownership
    Great company culture (best culture I have worked for, one of the best I have seen)
    Executive team are nice people, well liked by clients and employees
    Creativity and resourcefulness in solving issues and helping clients
    Ability to Pivot and be flexible as technology changes and grows, always reviewing, testing and collaborating as a team on new technology solutions for clients.
    Fast paced, exciting environment
    Proximity to clients in the city and around the Beltway (located in NW - 19th street)
    Metro very accessible - HQ is in an exciting part of DC, hard work but also fun is had at the office everyday.
    Positive and Fun Environment

    Cons

    Typical stuff of a small company, everyone needs to pitch in together to get things done well.
