I have been working at Federated Co-Operatives full-time (more than 5 years)

The people are great to work with, and the Co-op model is a wonderful business model with a lot of history. People are proud to work for a company like Co-op, and they should be. Very community minded and positive environment. There are many career opportunities in the system.

There are some issues surrounding work life balance and lack of technology, but these are changing for the positive.
