    Pros

Starting pay is Decent. Excellent benefits. Great environment to work in. Extra hours available.

    Cons

Recently hired as a part time courier, downfall is its a couple months wait to get into courier school, so in the mean time you work as a package handler, once you go to defensive driving then you get a few more hours by getting a small route until you finish courier school.

    Advice to Management

Shorten the time to get into courier school.

    Interview

was short, prompted and easy as long as you have experience to relate. Or know how you would deal with a situation. They want someone who is willing to work and be able to be on their own. If you can do that and show them you will be fine.
