I have been working at Fedex Express part-time (more than 3 years)

I worked as a courier part time while in college. So for the time it was great pay. All the benefits of being full time. The travel benefits were amazing especially going to school away from home I used them almost every weekend.

Room for advancement is slow. You need to put your time in if you want to climb the chain. I would rather be on a performance based scale vs seniority and performance.

    Hard work during the holidays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If anything allow for a more expeditious route for young ambitious employees to move through the ranks.
