I have been working at Fedex Express full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The company takes care of their employee, day in and day out. They show leadership and direction on where they want to move with the company.

    Cons

The only challenge I see if work-life balance. Although you learn so many useful skills from this job, it also affects the things outside of work.

Once an employee completes the management training (6 months) they are able to submit a packet for an interview. All interviews for manager will have at least 2 Sr. Managers and 1 HR Representative.
