I worked at Ferrara and Company full-time (Less than a year)
As a former business owner I know that creating a great culture is key to the future of a business, and Ferrara definitely has that. The place was filled with top level creatives and top level ad people. I really enjoyed my time working there!
There were no cons what so ever that I could observe. Seriously there were none.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing! Keep finding top talent for the place. That's about it!

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ferrara and Company (Princeton, NJ) in September 2015.
I don't normally write reviews, but I was very impressed with the interview experience and thought I should share. From the start, Deborah Rosta (HR Manager), was extremely kind, professional and organized. With her help, the entire process went smoothly & seamlessly. We started off with an introductory phone call--an opportunity for both of us to establish fit-- and ended the call with plans to schedule in-person meetings. Since I work in NYC, Deborah was very respectful of my time and created a schedule that allowed me to meet with 4 people in just one morning. I arrived at the meetings feeling comfortable and welcomed; I left the meetings feeling energized and excited about the role and the team I'd be working with. Deborah got back to in a timely manner with feedback from these meetings. Though, for personal reasons, I ended up not being able to accept the offer at this time, I absolutely plan on staying in touch with Deborah about future opportunities.
- Interviews were professional, but not stuffy or formal. We walked through my experience, talked about specific projects I've worked on, discussed aspects of the role, etc. Answer Question
