I have been working at Ferrero full-time (More than 3 years)RecommendsPositive OutlookRecommendsPositive Outlook
Ferrero offers a very good benefit package and has flexible hours.
Over the past several years, Ferrero has drastically increased its presence in the US.
The company has been experiencing “growing pains” however the important aspect is that Ferrero is growing! Management may ask employees to multi-task or in some instances an individual maybe responsible to oversee various areas of the organization.
All of the above is common throughout a mid-sized company as long as the end result is to eventually create new layers and support functions.
Recent changes in the HR department confirm the positive outlook for Ferrero USA.
Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Ferrero.
Internal employee referral. First screening of the cv. Then i have been called to an onsite interview with both the HR and the department manager. General questions about my self and why i wanted to work for Ferrero. What are my expectations for my next 5 years, where would i like to be. Nice environment with young people. Nice interviewer, no particular tough questions.
