The company culture is great you work with many different groups within the company. Collaboration is a huge factor in everyday work.
Management was great giving you autonomy but also helping lead along the way.
Also they hire for open positions from within first which is nice.

Some departments works against each other and are resistant to change. There are few that may not be on the same page as everyone else within the company.

    Advice to Management

Maybe some of the higher management within the company could move a few employees around within departments to utilize their skills better.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Ferrero.

Internal employee referral. First screening of the cv. Then i have been called to an onsite interview with both the HR and the department manager. General questions about my self and why i wanted to work for Ferrero. What are my expectations for my next 5 years, where would i like to be. Nice environment with young people. Nice interviewer, no particular tough questions.

The Italian company, one of the world's largest chocolate producers, makes treats such as Rocher chocolates and its original product -- the chocolate-hazelnut spread Nutella (originally called Pasta Gianduja).
