I have been working at Ferro full-time

People are very friendly, small company, lot of interesting different product types. Management is very positive and encouraging.

Very little room for upward movement, very limited financial motivation.

    Advice to Management

You pay for what you get, you will only maintain a stellar workforce if you pay them like a stellar work force. If your bottom line is innovation and performance and not the bottom dollar, you may need to reevaluate the investment made in new products and sales.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ferro (Cleveland, OH) in May 2015.

Phone screen with international directors, 1:1 interviews with executive team, and a lunch interview. Three rounds with high level executives throughout the organization. The interviewer were very friendly and provided a welcome approach to the organization.
