I have been working at Ferrotec USA full-time (more than 10 years)

Good career opportunity for technically skilled Engineers, Sales, and Customer Service professionals.
Great co-workers, solid "2nd family" atmosphere.
    Good education opportunities.
    Low turnover

Company runs lean but not mean. Employees have a full work day and sometimes more. Pressure comes from pace, not Management. Business is cyclical, and reductions in force do happen in lean years.
Health benefits have been steadily whittled away over the years, and are bordering on non-competitive in terms of salary negotiation. Compensation is average, neither above, nor below.

Upper Management: Lead time for large capital projects could stand improvement.
Middle Management: Expand on existing cross-training and restore temp programs to relieve pain points surrounding vacations and leave-taking.
