    Festival is flexible, offers benefits to part and full-time employees, invests in the individual and provides employees with opportunities to grow in and out of the company.

    The store leadership differs from store-to-store. Some continuity is lacking, but overall the company communication is at a consistent level of excellence.

    Mine was unique as I was asked from my former leader, if I would be interested in moving down to help out in a new location. I agreed thinking it would be a win win situation for me. Turned out that they won and I lost, I lost a lot of sleep, weight, stress and finally my job.
