    I worked at Fibria

    Pros

Flexible working hours; good retirement plan; good health insurance; the company has a good reputation in the market; I received feedback on my perfromance (when asked); the company provides training

    Cons

Feedback on performance was given only if we requested. After the merge many employees felt wronged by the company and many left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work more on motivating the employees after the merger period. There are still many differences in wage between former VCP and Aracruz.
