    Pros

A great place to get your career off to a good start. There is a good feeling of camaraderie among the junior associates. Given that it's a small company, it feels more close-knit than most other finance companies.

    Cons

Very top-heavy for a small company, so it's hard to move up.

    Advice to Management

Provide more rewards to junior employees to give them incentive to stick around longer. Cut down on the top-heaviness.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Finacity.

    Interview

Interviewed with a lot of the management team and a few other individuals, seemed to meet at least one person from the different operations groups. Friendly easy going atmosphere, even if it seemed a bit repetitive answering the same questions. It's a long interview process, expect to spend half the day at the office.
