Fireman's Fund Insurance Photos
I have been working at Fireman's Fund Insurance full-time (more than an year)Pros
Fireman's Fund has a great group of employees. The office culture is enjoyable and the managers are great to work with. Most employees are very knowledgeable about the business, and opportunities within the company are extensive. They also offer an actuarial rotation program, which is a major plus.Cons
The location of the home office in Novato, CA is not ideal, and the recent announcement of company restructuring indicates job insecurity.

The online application has some technical glitches, once through that process then the HR recruiter was pleasant and helpful. The entire process was slow going taking nearly one month for a job that I was told needed to be filled "immediately". After the phone interview with the recruiter, I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager, another admin assistant and one other manager in the department. All were pleasant and positive about the company and clear about the role expectations.Interview Questions
