    Pros

    Over the past 2 years this company has experienced tremendous growth (via acquisition) and change (processes and technology). I recently joined the company from a competitor and it looks like they are at a place of stability, strong leadership (the best in the industry) and have a strong vision and the right folks to make it happen. At this point in their evolution, the company is truly focused on the client from the CEO down. Lots of resources and people willing to jump in and help. Work life balance exists - YEAH.

    Cons

    A lot of folks are new, process and technology are new resulting in some painpoints.

    Advice to Management

    You have the right folks in place to contunue growing and being the dominating market leader, keep the communication and vision flowing.

    The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at First Advantage (New York, NY).

    Interview

    Contacted by phone saying they would like an interview. Day of interview: Spoke to day-to-day leader in the department and then head of department immediately after (possibly after getting the thumbs-up from first interviewer). After both interviews, initial interviewer returned and told me they would contact me within a few days with a decision. Contacted via phone two days later with an offer.

    Yes, I asked for a slight increase in the initial salary offer. Was notified the next day that the salary offer was upped to match my desired income and I accepted.
