I have been working at First Annapolis full-time (More than 3 years)
Challenging work, smart people, solid pay, great stepping stone for Bschool, minimal travel, solid reputation within the industry.
Project management isn't regularly monitored or emphasized.
Advice to Management
Make a point to smooth out the workload among analysts and maximize the firm's output during business hours before needing to spill into nights/weekends. Invest in developing project management skills in post-MBA talent. Project managers make the difference between enjoyable and unenjoyable experiences for pre-MBA talent at FAC, and disenchanted employees tend to have difficult project managers or higher workloads significantly higher or lower than their peers.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at First Annapolis (Annapolis, MD) in November 2013.
On campus interview, then went for an on-site in person. Interviewers asked some case study type questions, but nothing as in depth that you'll see in books such as Case in Point. Also asked a few math questions, such as 1.1 * 1.1... * 1.1... * 1.1.
