I worked at First BanCorp (puerto Rico)

    Pros

The benifits including health insurance and dental insurance are resonable. Christmas bonus is a plus. Busines hours are good.

    Cons

Internal employees, unprofessional employees. They dont like to help each other. The Compensation is good but if you have more than 18 years working you expect more money and there is not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give seminars to employees for a better communication and behavior. Opportunities to increase your experience.
