Relatively easy going staff to work with, company is small and there isn't a real set "structure" or path that you are forced to follow.
Nothing that bad about the company can be said since it's so small, it's just hard to find out what your exact role is without pestering management too much. EVERYTHING is done on paper; you have to print emails (??) and there are tons and tons of folders. I'm not a "tree hugger" really, but it gets ridiculous when you have zillions of pieces of paper floating around your desk when you really shouldn't need it.
Advice to Management
Be more tech savvy, get more up to date systems (Win XP is so old) and make everything available on the server / online. There have been times where I have to search for a LONG time and often can't find what I'm looking for because I can't use a simple find function, and you can tell it was printed from a Word doc or PDF where you should have the ability to search. A website just with basic contact info may not hurt, either.
