I worked at First Convenience Bank part-time for more than a year

You have the ability to go as far as you want to go. No position is difficult to obtain. Training is awesome. The people, for the most part, are fun to work with. This job encouraged me to get out of my shell be a little more social.

You do have to sale and meet a goal to get incentives. But, if you are lucky, you get help with that from managers. Unfortunately, the company is sales base and this pretty much dictates how fast you can get promoted. Sometimes, the customer base gets frustrating because they are not the brightest of people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to encourage employees to aim high (position wise). Don't slack on the annual employee performance reviews. They need to know what they do right and help to be better.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at First Convenience Bank.

    Interview Details

The hiring process is quite lengthy. It is a 3 interview process, which at sometime quite scary. You can be interviewed by one individual or a group of individuals (which I was).

    Interview Questions
    • Just understand when in the interview they will cover cash handling and customer service over and over again. They will also touch on branch cleanliness and sales a lot. Make sure you get prepared mentally for this job because the interview doesn't put into words what you will learn your first six months.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
