    Pros

Great skills are to be learned within this job, Great hours, FDCPA Certified, if your good at talking with people then this job is for you.

    Cons

Bad staff, very Disorganized, no room for advancement, will not work with you to change schedule.
Very sneaky company, will not work with you to get better, they expect way to much from new employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become more organized and learn to set the standard for new employees a little lower, then maybe the turn over rate wont be so high.

    Doesn't Recommend
