    Pros

    401k matching - customers are nice when you build relationships- puts experience on your resume - sponsor state sport teams - normal banking hours - nice website - fun contests for customers

    Cons

    Little staff at breaches so you're woeking on skeleton crews so our your other locations. Branches mostly don't have much walk in traffic so you have to rely heavily on phone calls otherwise you'd rarely talk to customers
