Financial performance, opportunity and a transparent approach for customers. Opportunity comes as fast as you can handle it. Well run organization with outstanding solutions.
Not sexy, but just wait! Lot of moving parts that don't always work great together. Better than any of my previous employers.

There were 3 rounds, process lasted for 4 weeks. First, HR called to talk about role, and see if there was an overlap between skillset and job requirements. Then the info was forwarded to hiring manager who decided to talk with me. This was an hour long interview that covered background, aptitude, logic and case type questions. The last round was in person, 2 interviews and then one final talk with VP. They do not pay for commute to their office location.
- Cases: 1. How will you gather requirements for a project that has 12 teams? 2. SQL queries - basic questions like joins 3. If you are a customer, what will you consider if you have decide between various payments methods? 4. How will you handle a difficult-to-work-with associate? Answer Question
