For the first time in my career selling is starting to get easier. It is almost like a switch flipped overnight and now clients are looking for us to solve their biggest problems. The Office of the CISO is an awesome new group, and I am already seeing the impact because clients are asking for our CISO team by name, then we walk out with large projects. I can see now clearly see why Dan Burns and Blackstone merged these two companies. After hearing the Vision on where we want Optiv to go, there is no where else I would rather be. All, this company will be the global winner in the information security industry for years to come.

Some services lag behind. We have growing and merger pains. Quickly assess the people who should be here for the long run

    Advice to Management

Keeping innovating but never forget where we came from. The vision is perfect, lets go do this!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at FishNet Security.

Horrible interview process. It feels more like an exam that you did not study for, rather than an interview. Then after that, you hear nothing. Obviously I did not pass the video exam..I mean interv iew...but they could have at least called or emailed to say so. I heard nothing at all. They went silent, like I offended them or something. If they treat an interviewee like this, I bet they treat their employees poorly also.
