I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fisher Communications (Great Falls, VA) in July 2010.

The interview was very easy, it was conducted with the General Manager and a Sales Manager. After the intierview, I was asked to write a few commercials that could be cut for radio and to submit within 24 hours.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation, they had a set amount they offered to everyone.
