I worked at Fitworks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule when the club was performing well. They do not micro-mange you all the time

    Cons

Company needs to upgrade their fitness centers or sell them off. They are being crushed by the big box clubs like planet fitness and Crunch Fitness

    Interview

Very Easy. Basic interview questions. I knew someone who worked there so the interview was even more relaxed than usual. They asked about previous experience, why I think I would be a good fit. How I plan to run the club, etc
