I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Flashbay (Sunnyvale, CA).
I sent in my application online and received a call back pretty quickly (I cannot remember exactly how long). Relatively easy phone interview with the hiring manager. She was very friendly and seemed to really like my sales experience. It sounds like they weren't expecting someone with my amount of relative experience in sales. They said they would get back to me in a week, but I received an email later that day requesting an in person interview. The in person interview was with their human recourse manager and one sales manager. They both were very friendly and seemed like they both would be great to work with.

Reasons for Declining
I loved the people, the product and pay structure... but the office space felt a little too mellow and casual for my hustle-bustle sales side.. which is usually a great selling point for most people besides me
