    I worked at Flatiron Construction as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Flatiron interns get a lot of responsibility and this allows for the most amount of growth while you're at work!

    Cons

    Some interns may get stuck doing work that they do not necessarily enjoy. That's just part of the industry, but it may not be the best exposure for an construction intern to sit in an office at a project.

    Easy 10 min phone interview, after that email follow ups. overall easy process but one needs to be willing to commit some time and be available to move forward. Interview on phone usually with HR people and then an in-person one.
