    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere, opportunity to do cutting edge technology, worldwide presence brings travel opportunities, and a supportive culture where you can learn. Different lines of business within the company allow the opportunity to do customer facing work, pre-sales, creative, technical / R&D, and BPO services -- so options for horizontal and vertical career growth,.

    Cons

As with many companies pushing the envelope, at times there are more things to do than there are resources to do it. The degree to which you must actively prioritize to meet commitments amid these constraints is sometimes a con.

    Advice to Management

    Be nimble.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Flatirons Solutions.

    Interview

Applied online and got a call within a day or two. Set up a time to come into the office and interview in person right away. Interviewed with two upper level developers. Both asked interesting, but not terribly difficult questions just to see if I knew my stuff. They didn't try to trick me or ask obscure non sense questions. Pure computer science questions.

Asked what I would like to make and it was accepted. Wish I had asked for more.
