    I worked at Flatirons Solutions

    Pros

Working with other employees utilizing the Agile Scrum methodology was very professional and pleasant. I was under contract and dealing with Accounts Payable for billing was easy and fruitful. Co-workers were generally willing to help when help was needed.

    Cons

There were gaps between projects at times. Working under contract, it was hard to know if the contract would be extended or not. I would have liked to have had training to get a better feel for the company at the beginning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In my experience, management could give some constructive feedback at least between projects, but preferably during projects.

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Flatirons Solutions.

    Interview Details

Applied online and got a call within a day or two. Set up a time to come into the office and interview in person right away. Interviewed with two upper level developers. Both asked interesting, but not terribly difficult questions just to see if I knew my stuff. They didn't try to trick me or ask obscure non sense questions. Pure computer science questions.
