I have been working at Fleet Hire ServicesPros
They pay on time. Offices are clean and airy. Other staff are real gems.Cons
The directors get a kick out of threatening the staff and making the girls cry. They lie to everyone including each other so no one knows what is meant to be going on. All the best staff that arrive leave after 12/18 months, or if they are any good they are forced out. Lots of people start work on the monday and have left by the thursday!!! Every member of staff comes into work each day thinking is today the day they will sack me. The directors spend most of their time plotting and scheming to stitch the staff up. Horrible place avoid at all costs....Advice to ManagementAdvice
Concentrate on building the business, get some proper managers in who are educated and have management experience and then give them a clear route, so when we ask them something they can tell us instead of saying 'I don't know or don't mention that to the directors'!! Ask the better managers to come back and give them a better role.Doesn't Recommend
