    Pros

Clean campus, they try to rid of smokers. Well maintained except some elevators were always broken. Nice and warm location, ocean is very close and the beaches are one of the best in South Florida.

    Cons

Parking can be tough, and it is expensive! Very low salary for South Florida. The presidents keep changing like they don't want to stay there for long time.

    Advice to Management

If you want people to come to work and stay there, please consider increasing salary, the housing in south florida is so expensive.

    Interview

The hiring process is pretty straight forward. I simply walked in to inquire about open positions and was brought into the office of one of the assistant directors. They gave me a run down of the position and provided me an application.

The interview was predominantly comprised of basic interview questions regarding my resume followed by asking me to respond to "pretend" situations.

    Negotiation

No negotiation, they basically told me what I would be getting paid.
