I have been working at Florida Crystals full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Owners care about people. Pay good wage, work hours are long but well compensated.

    Cons

Avoid working in IT or any Domino Sugar production locations. narcissism and sociopathic behavior rules senior ranks, and money wasting, don’t care attitude is common.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need good people.
