benefits are excellent, the co workers i had were all amazing and close commute in Kent from home

i have not been there since the latest full acquisition, but have heard the new management assumed has brought the morale down within the company. Other contacts still at Flow have also said they don't feel much has changed to their job title or duties, so it may depend on where you are employed within the company

I had one phone interview and one on site interview with the Purchasing manager. It was average difficult. Work related questions - describe responsibilities in previous jobs. The interview was 30-40 minutes. I got the offer right away and started a week later. The purchasing manager was really nice and it was very good talk.
