    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fluid (San Francisco, CA) in June 2015.


    I got called unannounced for a 5 minute chat with one of their recruiters, then got an interview scheduled in about a week. I got to talk to their Ui director for about 30, where he talked to me about their company, and then asked me about my experience. Although I was well over their 2 years experience (having >5), and probably overqualified, I was not allowed to get into their technical interview. Coming from a company that uses on their website Modernizr with IE conditionals!!, and a conditionally loaded html5 shiv although one is already provided through Modernizr, plus many many obvious other issues with their web development (just checkout their website source) it came as a huge shock and eye opener.
